MEMBERSHIP ORIENTATION MEETINGS

TIME IS RUNNING OUT

Every member of BCF&G must attend a membership orientation meeting before the end of June 30, 2022. The orientation meetings are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month starting at 9:00 AM.

Due to the club being shut down for COVID-19, the BOG’s have extended the deadline for the required Orientation Meeting until June 30, 2022. If you do not attend a meeting by this date you will not be able to renew your membership with the club.

ATTENTION MEMBERS:

To Our Members:

We have been receiving phone messages complaining about us not returning phone calls. We do not have a paid staff that can spend the time returning telephone calls. The Membership Committee members all have full time occupations in addition to volunteering to perform work for the good of the club. They do make every effort to respond to emails when they can, however it is not on a regular basis.

For those of you that require immediate attention, every weekend someone from the board of governors is in the Trap Office and would be more than willing to try and help you, additionally we have a membership meeting every fourth Thursday of the month to which there is very little participation from the membership. If you attended one of these meetings, I am sure your issues could get resolved.

I look forward to seeing some of you in the coming Months at our Membership Meetings. Membership meetings are the 4th thursday of the month starting at 8:30 pm. (See calendar for times and dates)
