Membership renewals will be taken at all General Membership Meetings.
NEW MEMBER APPLICATION POLICY IN EFFECT.
Bucks County Fish & Game Association is a member’s only club located in Doylestown Pa.
All applicants for new membership must complete a New Member Packet by the appropriate deadline outlined in the packet. Selected members will receive an acceptance letter and will be invited to attend a safety orientation. Following the orientation meeting applicants must attend the General membership meeting on the fourth Thursday of the following month at 7:30 PM with the exception of November (third Thursday). New members being inducted into the club must bring their membership acceptance letter with them to the meeting.
Memberships are for a calendar year, Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st & dues must be post marked by December 31. We do not accept credit cards for payment . New members joining in September receive the balance of the year free. Memberships are for one year or five years. New Member Packets are available on our web site. Membership renewals start Sept. 1st and runs until Dec. 31st. After Dec 31st a penalty is applied to the dues. If your dues are not paid by Dec 31st a $20.00 reinstatement fee will be applied. It is the members responsibility to renew by the deadline, a reminder will not be sent. Any member who has let their membership lapse for more than two years will have to apply as a new member. A charge of $25.00 will be assessed for all checks that do not clear. When renewing your NRA Membership please mention that you are a member of Bucks County Fish & Game Association . Our club number is B6311. The club will get $5.00 rebate.
