Recreational pistol shooters meet most Wednesday evenings from about 7:20 P.M. to 9 P.M. at the indoor range in the clubhouse. Due to backstop limitations we
shoot 22 rimfire cartridges only - no 22 magnum or 17 caliber. The normal course
of fire is 10 relays of 10 shots each, with about a 10 minute break after the
5th relay. A variety of firearm types can be seen on any given evening,
including single shot, revolvers, and semi-automatics of various makes, models,
and barrel lengths. Sights used include open iron sights and a variety of
cross-hair and "dot" type scopes. While fifty foot regulation targets are
provided to participants, we do not keep track of individual scores. All
participants are encouraged to use eye and ear protection anytime firing is
occurring. The cost is $2.00 for club members and $3.00 for non-members.

The kids in basic rifle are first taught gun safety for a few weeks. Then they can shoot for different badges. Pro Marksman, Marksman and sniper if they choose to do so or they can just shoot for fun. It's every Friday night from 7 pm to 9 pm .
